The Pachinko.......THE BIO!

Way way back when Ben was in 6th grade, a band was formed....PACHINKO. Back then the diminutive Ben Graham and his brother Lukas, along with Evan and Kurtis formed the now somewhat famous (oh who am I kidding) punk band Pachinko. Since then, there have been 3 different incarnations of Pachinko. First was the above mentioned people, Ben, Lukas, Kurtis, and Evan. Later, this changed and when 8th grade came around, A new Pachinko was born, with Brian "Stix" Linville (current member) on drums, Ben "Woofer" Graham on bass (current member), and Steven "Frosty" Means on guitar (past member). These young lads played their first gig at their schools Talent show on the last day before summer. They played the Ghoti Hook number called "Seasons". The band stayed together through the summer, and then school came. 9th grade brought many changes in the band with it. Brian met a guitar player named Nick Varney, and was later introduced to the famous Ben Graham at a festival. Nick was asked to come aand practice with the band, and then asked to join. Complications in the band led to Steven leaving the band. Nick "Lucky" Varney. The band was soon playing shows around town and getting known. The band practiced hard and began writing original material. After recording a demo and become fairly well known around the most exciting place to live in the world, WEST CHESTER, OHIO, the band hoped to continue doing exactly what they were doing. Then came the month of May. The band went into Skywind Studios with high hopes, and came out with a 7 song EP that sold like crazy among the kids at school. The EP was simply a low budget attempt to get their music out there, to gain a stronger fan base. And that's exactly what they did. Soon after the EP was released, a former band member, Kurtis, was asked to join the band. Kurtis brings a fuller, more rich sound to the band. He quickly learned all the bands songs and soon after, joined them live. And after 7 months, the band returns to the studio to record their very first full length, to be titled "Big City". They plan to play tons of shows and promote the record. Who knows where they'll go.
